So sheep cage is done except for bending in the tail ends of the tiewire. I can't find any pliers, sigh. Cage is tiewired to bed sides and will have a pair of ratchet straps holding it down.

Something to consider…maybe line the bottom 2-3 ft of the panels with plywood so that no one gets a leg stuck and so they can lay down and get out of the wind while traveling.
Easy to armchair quarterback on that one - I'll second the idea - it'll give them something to brace against on turns and stops as well.
It looks good. Nice work with the tiewire.
