So if "they" allow dogs, they should allow goats.
Do the N.Dwarfs make much noise? Because that seems to be one of the bigger issues city-folk complain about. But then, I've heard dogs bark all night long and THEY don't get in "trouble".

Well .. they are pretty silent , but they can get lonely ( see the noisy goat thread ) , Otherwise .. I think they could pass as dogs , if you area allows goats I say start the goat journey !!
