So, I am off from work tomorrow, and the weather looks dry. 
Hoop Coop Options
1. Put HWC over main areas
2. Wirebrush the tin roof
3. Dismantle (attempt) metal shed
4. Build door frame
5. Read a book (just kidding!)
A Couple Thoughts
1. If the tin roof comes off in one piece I could use it as is, just patch it
2. If the shed panels can be dismantled I might be able to use them for the hoop coop back wall
