I thought your reaction was due to mixing, I read it wrong.

Nope, I react to all chemicals. I have to use unscented everything. I can use original green Palmolive, original Dove soap, Ivory soap, unscented laundry soap, no dryer sheets, unscented shampoo, no candles, no air freshener, no cleaning products except for Clorox, no deodorant, no furniture polish, pretty much anything and everything.

I only use Dawn for heavy stuff and not a lot of it.

It's a little short, and doesn't quite cover to the sides at the bottom, SO I am thinking of putting in a couple supports, maybe 4x4 sections (pillars), then raising the wall up on top of the supports so it reaches the top of the arch. The bottom can be covered with HWC, extending into the apron.

I just had a thought...I don't NEED supports, I have the cattle panel hoop!

I could set the 2x4 wall base up on blocks to get it into position, then attach the 2x4 to the cattle panel, maybe with plumbing strap.

This is how I attached the door frame on the first hoop coop:

I finally got my tushie outside, even though it was very chilly...it didn't quite make it to 50° but I wanted to get something done.

Look what I found! I think it was in Ron's stuff:

I soaked the screws. Some came out, one I had to cut around with tin snips.

Attached the wall to a 2x4x8' PT board.

But the screws stuck out and the metal wasn't securely attached.

So I removed the long 3" screws one at a time, replacing them with 1 1/2" screws and fender washers. I attached those through the opposite side, using the holes the 3" screws made.

I attached the 2x4 to the base, using 3" screws diagonally.

I picked up the idea at BYC.

It was 40° at 8:30, but I headed outside anyway.

I found Ron's stash of spray paint, MOST of them Rust-Oleum, and a good portion were unused.

I tried to use earthy colors first.

While the paint dried I wrapped my newly planted raised bed with plastic, as an Arctic Blast is on the way.

Then I raised the coop back and slid the 2x4 ends through the cattle panel. I had to remove the screws and fender washers on the ends.

I attached them using the same screws and fender washers.

(stripped screw had to be cut off)

It's only attached at the ends of the 2x4 at the bottom (2 screws and washers each end) and one zip-tie at the top of the arch until I attach the hardware cloth. That probably comes next, but I am not picturing in my mind how to attach it to the wall with NO gaps that would allow snakes access. AND I am contemplating what to do with the extra metal at the sides of the arch, cut or attempt to bend over, or leave as is.

If you cut the metal, an arc is hard to cut. Plus it will have sharp edges. If you have high winds, it could give the coop wings! I vote for anchor it to a T-post and leave it be.

Severe thunderstorms today, we'll see how it does in 60mph winds, with limited attachment.
