Do the filets and get things like the ribs... stew meat for things like beef stroganoff.... the ribeyes and nystrips should not be tough either... they are the lesser used of the muscles so the meat should be more tender than say the sirloins or any rump cuts... but roasts will be okay for any kind of slow cooking in moist heat.

Looks like the bull is "scheduled", for a cold day. Lol, in Va, idk wtf that means. Doesn't stay freezing for long.

Heck of a lot of ground beef. I'll need to look up wtf to do with that much ground meat....Anyone care to add to the list??
Burger
Lasagna
Tacos
Macncheese w/ground
???

Sad time, but at least I can have them all together, in with sheep and I won't have to stay out of the pasture any longer nor jump fences and carefully run him through paddocks and such!
Can only home steer Guiller-moo stays mellow. He's such a cutie, always stuck with mean Zim....Would be nice for him to enjoy being a pet without anyone shoving him around with horns. 🫠
Meatballs and meatloaf!

They freeze, well, too.

Zelda had her calf, but he won't nurse and she won't stand still for milking. Ugh.
Got him on a towel and wrapped in dog coats to heat up. Air temp in the 50s now vs 40. Hoping he'll want to eat soon. Idk what I'll do if Zelda doesn't let him nurse, she's too big and strong to wrangle, like I do the sheep. He's a male, do really don't want to have to bottle feed, since Zim turned evil from it.

Tie Zelda up or pen in a strong chute, milk her, stuff calf up there & hope he'll nurse. Relief of pressure should convince her.
