My new pygmy doe arrived today she is 3 yrs old. Nice dark coat with white flecks in it. such a beauty. She is being a bit offish with me and the other 4 goats in the herd but seems to be doing ok. here is a picture of her hanging out in the barn doorway. All of my other goats were up in the loft area, they could care  about the new girl. no one is out because it is raining today. I was told she has had her first kids, triplets in the fall already. Can't wait to see what her pygora kids look like once she mates with my White Angora buck next heat.

;) I think your little girl might already be bred back :p

She's adorable, congrats!
I thought so too. the girl said no way. but she does look pregnant to me. The previous owner was a young girl that really didn't understand goat behavior . she did say that her other male was kept seerated and she thought Amy goat was over weight. I told her pygmy goats are always wide and it is hard to tell if the are pregnant except toward the end of the pregnancy. Time will tell, my other pygmy mamma goat had her littler in july. Amy had her last kids in the fall, triplets. so who knows. as long as she has does. mamma goat and her two oldest sons were sold off today as 4 of 5 bucks were hers. i kept the 2 pygora males they are just 10 weeks old. mamma goat had weaned them a week ago

my 2 goats almost run over me when i bring them feed.
LOL, I feed them outside in the pen with the weld wire fencing and the electric ribbon topping between us. I do have to do a fake left and right or one of them ends up with a head full of feed when i dump in in the feeding pan
