Happy 4th of July. Made tritip macaroni salad pork and beans and deviled eggs

I fixed purple hull peas, home made cream corn and link sausage.

Got a new pool set up and finally filled today. Yesterday was 118-119. Today was a bit milder but still in the triple digits. It's 106 right now. Yesterday at 8 am it was 89, today at 9 am it was 90.

Yes but of course after getting it all together our youngest daughter had to decide to come back and that just sucks butt

I now have 2 of my little girls laying. Penny and Bernadebt.

I believe that Cinnamon is laying now. I got 3 eggs today from my 6 girls. I know the white egg belongs to Penny but not sure about the others. All are a light tanish pink to a slightly darker beige and brown.

I love chickens, but don’t have any now. I can’t keep up with what I’ve got, not adding anything new. It’s so exciting when pullets start laying, their egg song is so cute. Enjoy your girls!
