I’ve lived in houses that had wonky wiring. One house, I could only run one small appliance at a time. Unplug the coffee maker to use the toaster. What fun! LOL

The problem with the electric was that wire not being properly fixed to the box.

Yes we did. I have to use a much smaller fan until we can get a good enough payday to get me a much bigger one. At least tonight I have 2 instead of 1 and no up/down power surging.

I thought that precise same thing. I told the electrician that and he said no you just need some work done and then you will be ALL GOOD. Seriously that's all I need! Yes. Damn 17 + years of dealing with f@#$ed up electric and we need a bit more work then we're good. WTF ! How's that? I think he might be a thief because he asked if he could use my bathroom, yeah sure, thinking he would use the main bathroom but something is missing from my medicine cabinet. It might just be me with my serious M.O.M.I but I don't believe so.

I would go to lowes or somewhere and see if they have a list of acceptable/reliable/ electricians and get a new electrician... One of our lumber supply stores here has a bulletin board with a list of different contractors they use for different projects... and I would find a new one. The one you have would not be allowed back in my house.
