I just got my first two goats a week and a half ago. One is a female boer goat who is very easy going and independent. The second is a male nubian who is weaned but still very clingy. I still give him a bottle in the morning and evening. Both goats spend most of the day pasteuring. My problem is with the nubian. He will bleat on and on and on, and if it's driving me crazy I'm sure my neighbors hate me. How can I get him to be quieter?

Nubians are usually pretty loud, they're one of the more vocal breeds. Also, he probably misses his mom,in other words, you. I'm not sure if there's really much you can do but wait and see if he quiets down eventually. I had a bottle baby who was like that too

Yes, everyone above is right. I would suggest giving him a fun thing to do like "toys". A tire that is sturdy on the ground,
some tree branches with leaves to munch on (make sure not poison) Some steps or an old kids plastic play house.
All of these might distract him and occupy him.

Take him for walks and rides in the car (if he's small enough). Like Small Farm Girl said, give him toys and puzzles to play with. He's a baby, he's probably bored and lonely.
