Some goats bag up 2 months in advance - some bag up right before they kid - some bag up after they kid. It's hard to put a timing on that.

How are her ligaments? If you can't feel them (meaning they're really soft and her tail head is more pronounced) that's a better sign she's getting ready.

Other signs include pawing the ground, "maaaaing" at her belly, stretching, being overly nice or overly mean to you, or getting up/laying down often.

If that is all completely new behavior...keep a close eye on her.

Keep checking her ligaments and when they are gone (and don't pop back up), then generally you have about 12 hours until kidding. My goats usually start developing an udder 30 days prior to kidding.
