It does feel good to have a clean house. I cringe everytime TheMan takes a shower. Mechanics!

Two of the triplets came down to look at the ovens and ordered a part. Hopefully it fixes it!

Still waiting on part for oven but think I have enough stuff to use instapot for dinners.
For some reason I was thinking about when we first met Randy. He had this awful moth eaten looking scraggly red beard, long red bozo hair, and his shirts were full of acid burns. Mind you, he’s a big man and was really strong. We were terrified of him. But my equipment kept breaking down and he kept showing up to fix it. (Pretty sure he was sabotaging it). Anyway, he showed up with his hair cut one time. The next his beard was shaved off. He actually cleaned up really good. He told me he had stopped at his usual spot for breakfast and the lady behind the counter said “Randy! You look 30 years younger!”
His response was “I don’t want to look like I’m 6!”

Another Randy-ism…I don’t much like shaving my legs in the winter. It just seems like the more I shaved the faster it grew and I always wore blue jeans because I rode colts all day. One night, very sweetly, Randy asked “are you gonna shave your legs or should I just wear my chaps to bed?”

After $95 my pantry looks amazing, where it was nearly impassable before as Randy tends to just pile boxes and buckets, etc on the floor. I still need to mop all the floors throughout the house, and once again wipe away Fen’s artwork, as in his muddy footprints off the black leather couch and his nose art off the window.

He’s very out of sorts today as he has been unsuccessful at bossing Mister, who is grazing in Fen’s backyard, and the Roomba which is apparently fearless.

I need to clean TheMan’s shower daily as whatever kind of fiberglass the ridiculous shower is made out of becomes one with mechanic’s grease. He also walked all over the newly mopped bathroom floor and just washed rug. I won’t hold it against him as he finally fixed the doorknob in front door so I am not trapped in the house. Last night I had to pile stuff against it to keep it closed. He also vacuumed the gazillion spiderwebs off the doors and the inch of dirt on the outer window sills. I wanted to pressure wash the house all sumner but it was being repaired. It’s pretty bad when your house needs a bath! Such is life on the working ranch.

Guess it’s time to get back to work. The Roomba (aka Jeeves) is over in the corner gagging on dust bunnies….

I came in to go to bed. Fenny took my place while I was putting jammies on. He doesn’t let you move him. He leaves me 3 or 4 inches to lay down on. I got him a treat to move him and he’s so stinking long he can twist around to get it without moving. So I will be perched precariously on the edge until we get up at 4am to go to Dr and airport.

Little fleabag. Hope he doesn’t snore.
