This is the first day I have decided to live. That was a NASTY virus that featured a 4 day unrelenting migraine finally devolving to garden variety head egg today. I couldn’t use my eyes to read or tolerate any noise so it pretty much felt like a lifetime with no distraction from pain. It amplified pain in my hips and back plus neck and shoulders and my throat hurt so bad I could not even whisper for help ci was afraid of dehydrating because I could barely get down a swallow and the one time I did, it came back yp with my pain pill so I was unable to take meds for pain or flu. I have NO idea what this was. Randy was sick first, complaining of headache but he said he had none of my other symptoms so Idk if he got a mild case or if I was so much worse because of my condition and lack of immune system.
Thanks for noticing my absence, it’s very reassuring that someone cares. Bless you, and don’t catch it!!

Sooooo Sorry you were so sick with the ??? virus. Between a headache and a sore throat it can practically kill you...
Reaction to something in the house??? Maybe time to seriously think about alternative living accommodations in the future. I am thinking that there are things that are making your compromised immune system constantly worse... You may have no alternative because of how sick you often get.

I have beat that horse to death. They won’t provide anything, he won’t demand it, and refuses to leave here. Hell, he hasn’t even removed the wallboard in our bathroom with the black mold yet. The best I’ve been able to manage is an air purifier in there which probably doesn’t help, but it can’t hurt. I have no place and no one else to turn to. I lost all my options when I chose to help my oldest son and wound up losing my home over it, only to be cut out of his life. I’m just muddling along the best I can, until it’s over. It might sound irrational, but it is what it is.
Nothing lasts forever. The good news is, I have improved immensely throughout the day so I’m clearly kicking this things’ ass!

Hydrogen peroxide sprayed on.
Borax dissolved in water, spray on.
Vinegar with baking soda dissolved in, sprayed on.

One of these, just lightly, and it should kill spores. Bleach may make it look cleaner, won't kill spores.

Wear a mask when working on it. Yes, better is material removed, spray rest, dry, replace with new board. Mold can/will cause many of the issues you are facing. The black molds are very toxic. 🫨. I understand that you can't move. 🫂

Thank you, I have some industrial vinegar. I am sure I can scare up a spray bottle.
Trying to get all the essential things I needed to get done throughout last week, finished today. I’m having anger issues right now, which is not at all like me, but between increased pain levels, constantly fighting Boone right now (and losing) and trying not to strangle my husband who sits in his chair just watching while I struggle to dress 135# uncooperative puppy, which has escaped TWICE today out the front door because he didn’t bother to lock it behind him, WHICH WE ALWAYS have to do and have done so since last March, I am about to take myself to an asylum. It feels like a total spiritual attack as I am losing on all fronts. Maybe at least the bread will work out, as not much can go wrong with it and it won’t bake until Mon am.
A coma sounds kinda nice right about now :he
On the bright side, the headache is finally gone and Afif gets here tomorrow, but will do all the cooking the rest of the week, I will only need to do dishes, etc. Have to go to town Monday with his grocery list, and pray the new vet will be able to squeeze in Boone. Not my first choice, as she misdiagnosed Heath’s tumor as a hotspot so for 2 of his final 5 weeks he was not being treated and it took him so fast…
Boone’s actual hot spots are getting rapidly worse, now on both sides of his hips and down his tail. I want a scraping done to find out what I’m dealing with. It didn’t help that Randy let him poop in his suit, so now he’s had feces mashed into the open sores…
God I could use a break
