OHHHH and you're always making sourdough, I just made a pizza using only starter/discard. I keep A LOT of starter on my counter. Cast iron pan, a little oil, starter to cover the bottom, 450 for ~10 min, then add all the goodies, 450 for about another 10 min. DONE! No adding flour, no waiting for anything. Soo tasty. LOL you probably already do this!!

No, I haven’t! But am definitely going to try it! Thanks!

It’s worth a listen. He’s a Canadian oncologist. I’m going to see if it relieves some of my pain and helps the skin cancer I just learned that I have. Got nothing to lose, it won’t make me any sicker…
