Thank you Lord!

It’s done! After 9 days I was FINALLY able to take a bath!! He was seriously going to drag it out a couple more days.l have no idea why, but I pretty much melted down so he went back in and put the drain in, hooked the water up and plugged it in. 😍
Unfortunately, our water heater isn’t big enough so I could only fill it to the level of the seat so I couldn’t try the jets, but I CAN fold up enough to sit in the footwell and soak in warm water. It felt SO good! It stayed warm for a very long time, so I put my kindle in a ziplock, and read a book and soaked in the hot water. It made an enormous difference, all on its own, without jets, without epsom salts or anything else. Just good old soap and hot water. I am doing a happy dance in my head!
Now, for the REALLY good news!
I took @fuzzi’s advice and gave DMSO another try.
I couldn’t do it until after I finally had a bath, as I have Tiger Balm, Ivermectin (took that advice too!) and other stuff I didn’t want carried through my skin.

For a little over 2 weeks, my left hand has been in agony since Boone sprained my wrist and thumb (I still think he dislocated it). It seemed to trigger a flare attacking the joints in both hands that got increasingly harder to deal with, making it difficult to even hold and drink a glass of water.
I rolled the DMSO on my wrist and L hand before I went to bed.
I relocated around 1 and noticed it was better. I slept until 7 this morning (that rarely happens) and woke up with minimal pain in either hand and even the rest of me has far less than usual pain.

Now…the Ivermectin…I stole one of the tubes I purchased for Mister and started putting it on the skin cancers. (The one on my chest biopsied positive, the two on my upper lip are just suspected. All have been there for years without healing.)

It’s only been 3 days. The lesion on the right side is gone and I can barely feel where it was as it’s slightly rougher than the skin around it. The one on the left is considerably smaller and I think the one that is for sure, on my chest, feels smaller and flatter and greatly diminished, but I can’t say for sure as I can’t see it well because the skin is mottled. If it disappears where I can no longer feel it with my fingers, I will be sure, although I see Derma 2/7 to determine the borders. I have a good feeling about it though.

The pepper EO arrived and as soon as I figure out where I put it I’m going to give sniffing it a try. :he

Thank you ALL for your suggestions and for being patient with me when I was so distressed. Between the increased pain and the frustration I was in a very, very dark place.

Here’s the change in my lip after just 2 days…

This is a couple years ago. It became a little darker red and more visible over the past year

2nd day of using it topically. It has now diminished to the point I can only feel it at the junction of my face and lip.

Reading this post make me SMILE and HAPPY!!!! YAY on so many fronts.
As for the ivermectin with skin cancer..... I had to very dark little spots on my face. Looked like the same start I had of skin cancer (stage 0 encapsulated) on my arm a year or so ago. Treated it with a combo of essential oils - it got smaller (just like my arm did) stalled out. That's the time iver and skin cancer came up on the board here. Soooo - I too tried it. The spots disappeared in 3 days.

:thumbsup good news all the way around!!! Sit in it, then after a little while, add more hot water. Tank will reheat while you're sitting at first. Hey-- nothing wrong with a long soak!
I waited 15 minutes and turned hot water back on but it only ran lukewarm. Saving up for a tankless water heater so I can fill it all the way up. Meanwhile, I’m just happy not to be stinky! I can’t access the small shower he uses as there’s no room for a seat and I’m unable to stand that long, plus its on the other side of door so it’s icy cold there!!

So glad it’s hooked up! That is the one thing I didn’t think about with the mobile home. It has a big shower with formed in seat in master. It’s okay but I miss soaking my bad knee and back in hot water. It’s on list after fixing the floor damage.
