It’s bitterly cold today. Heavy winds, below freezing temps, I nearly popsicled out just getting the laundry, cause we don’t have a washer and dryer inside the house. It’s outside, in the same room as the well pump.

In other news, one of the Cowboys’ young wife texted and asked if I would sell them a loaf of bread every week because they don’t like the stuff they buy at the store and I gave them a loaf last summer. 🥰
She doesn’t cook so I said I’d be happy to make them bread every week. They just needed to tell me what kind of bread they wanted. They want sourdough to start out, but I was thinking maybe I’ll make them some soup too, because I could send over soup and French bread… if you were gonna give somebody soup, what kind would you give them and what would you put it in?

Wow - that is soo cool!! As for soup - anything is good by me. There's always the old standby list - tomato, potato, onion, chicken noodle/rice. Of course there's always things like chili ;)
Adding carrot soup and roasted butternut squash soup
