piglets are here

Came home from work last night to find piglets

She had 11, one got out of the hut and she must not have noticed and 2 likely squished but 8 healthy babies is awesome. It is shocking that they are only 1/8 berk but the spots are so dominant.

Fantastic Hillsvale 8s a good number for mum to feed - good luck with them.
We just had 2 350 lb Tams through the store and the bacon was amazing - didn't last long

yup... much prefer the tams to the berks for flavor. We have three at the processor now, should be able to pick them up tomorrow.... been out of pork for months!
