If anyone can give me advice on how to take care of this baby I will appreciate it a lot. I have no idea what I am doing and I want to do a great job because I wanted this baby for a long time. So any help I am open to everything. Here is the picture of the baby goat. I decided to call her Minnie because she is so small. The owner has no idea how old it is. I am not sure if it's a Pygmy or an Nigerian. All the goats on her farm are small in size even the adults. So please if you can help me by telling me how old is the baby and what to do. I went to the feed store and got some things for here. She is now following me everywhere and when I call her or even if she hears my footsteps she begins to make her cute sound. So please any advice would help. Oh should I be bottle feeding her too? Remember previous owner knows nothing about this baby she gave me. Thanks and God Bless! Thanks and god bless!

She does not look like she needs bottle fed to me.
If it was me I would get her a C D &T vaccine. If she has not had one. You give a booster four weeks later. Its easy to do and you can get this at farm stores.
If she feels like she is not boney thin and she does not seem anemic I would not worry about worming her. Although a fecal exam would be good just so that you know. Most vets can do this for you.
As for feeding her most goat folks try to give a good quality hay. Stay clear of musty, dusty or straw colored stuff.
Most goats do not really need grains. In fact grain heavy diets can be disastrous. The rumen is designed to break down fiber rather than grain concentrates. Study up on acidosis and this will explain alot.
Important note. Familiarize yourself with noxious toxic plants. Goats don't always realize what will make them sick or kill them.

Hard to say but I don't think she needs a bottle. Doubtful you would get her to take one anyway. Good quality hay, lots of fresh clean water. I would give her some grain, about 1% of her body weight in grain. How much does she weigh? I(s she bony? Look at the inside of her lower eyelids. Are they red or white? If they are white or light pink she needs to be wormed. How are her poops?

You should consider getting her a buddy. Goats are herd animals and like to be around other goats.

Her poop is small, round and black. Just like a rabbit. I saw her eyelids and they are white. She is not bony and is eating and drinking wonderfully. Thanks she is such a cutie pie and loves all the attention but only from me. She runs away from everyone else but comes running to me. Is that normal?

White eyelids means she needs to be wormed ASAP. She has bonded with you. She knows you are her "herd".

You want to look at the inside of the eye lid. The part that faces the inside.

One more question I also noticed that she has lice. How or what can I do to get rid of them. There is a lot.

For the inner eye lid info look up Famacha. It's the inner eye lid that you need to check in bright sunlight.

The usual rule for owning goats or other herd animals is to have at least two. They need a friend to keep them happy.

Glad you are willing to take care of her and get her back to health.
