The lady I bought my goats from was downsizing because she had a couple grand kids and more on the way - she wanted to spend more time being a grandma to the human babies - but when she spoke of the due date she would say "we should have a baby on the ground by April". It would make me chuckle to hear her - I'm sure my day will be coming.

I'm thinking of putting pics in my purse of all of my "kids" so I can pull it out when random people try to show me pics of their kids (like at the store last week). Can you imagine the look on their face as they go from doting on their child's amazing dimples to a stranger to looking at what they will surely think is some lunatic's goats?

Doesn't everyone keep pics of their cows and goats in their wallet?

I ran into an old friend a while back and we pull out our phones to show pics....she shows me her hubby, kids, house, etc.

I show her my goats, barn, jeep, goats, dogs, goats, oh...and here's ONE pic of my (human) kid taken 2 yrs ago.

I dont carry around pics of anything but just love the idea of showing off the animals, they are alot more interesting than human kids.

How about this? Every time i have to take one of my children or myself to the doctor I tell people that we are going to the vet. lol!

When my kids were little, we didn't have time out, it was "sit. stay."
