We are at this stage of thistle eating in the pasture. The leaves are almost all gone. In a few days there will be nothing but stumps.

It's hard to watch them eating that and leaving those pastures we plan and plant right? Well, I see you buy the same fence clips that I do

Yeah, this one is in the buck pen. I guess they're a little more discerning when it comes to boredom food. That and the tons of rain we've been getting almost every day doesn't help either.
I don't understand why they like picking all the leaves off...ouch! But one day even the big ones are just GONE like they never were.

@Bruce ; is DD1 the one living in Va? Getting married in Va or in VT?

Yes, wedding is in VA at their house just north of Lake Anna. We are renting a motorhome and driving down Tuesday, returning a week later. If you don't hear from me during that period (likely), no need to send out a search party

That's great! You're officially off the hook for coming to the little tiny goat show in Franklin. Sounds like the logistics won't work.
