Rescue pig possibly pregnant?????

We took in a potbelly June 2 that was found on the road by a sherif deputy. Over the last month she's seemed to get a milk line and gained weight. I keep going back and forth with thinking she's pregnant. Are there any other reasons they could develop teats? They aren't tight and full or anything, but definitely a separate jiggly mass from her big belly lol unlike the way she was 3 months ago.

Since they carry for approximately 3 months, 3 weeks, & 3 days , and she is developing an udder, I'd say you won't have long to wait to see, if you've had her 3 months. Seems like a good chance with all those signs that she is. Could also be why she was wandering around....being in heat will cause them to go gallavanting. Good luck.

Oops I should have said July 2 not June. From what I figured October 24 is day 115 from when we got her but she was in their care for a couple days before they brought her to us so it could be five or take a few if she is pregnant. I guess I just want to make sure there isn't something that could be wrong with her mammory glands if she's not pregnant. We should know soon enough one way or the other though. I'm adding a pic of her just for thoughts

They can develop mastitis which would show up in swollen teats, udder line but it would usually be after farrowing.... And it seems that you are aware of the length of gestation, so I would venture a guess that she is pregnant. Haven't seen the pic, but it could be my computer, it is a dinosaur....

We built her a little hut in the pen she goes into at night and has some hay in there. During the day she's pretty free range with our chickens and goats and she likes to cool off under our front porch steps. She's dug it out pretty good and I caught her pulling up plants by the roots and laying them in there today. We are pretty sure she was someone's pet because she is so super sweet (even likes to come give kisses if you make smacking sounds), but no one has ever claimed her in all the Facebook posts and shelter lists we've put her on. As much as I didn't want more little babies who might end up without homes, I'm glad it doesn't seem like something is wrong with her.

She ended up having an infection that was causing all of her symptoms. A little antibiotics and she’s been fine ever since. Fat and happy now
