Lol, she was such a hoot. On our way into the city she was so funny. She was like "Hi Lady Liberty! We will see you tomorrow!" and she was waving at her. My grandmother is so adorable <3 I hope I can be as cute as her when I'm old.Pearce Pastures said:

lol and I think I look awful in that picture, so that's why I didn't upload it Yes, the city WAS very clean. Sometimes you would walk across the street and smell sewage, but it was whatever. And walking down into the subway it stunk really bad but when you got into the train it was very clean and I didn't feel like I needed to wash my hands afterwards! lolBridgemoof said:Wow what a recap! TBH, I only wanted to go to see the 'famous' things...like designer clothing, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Brooklyn Bridge, NY cheesecake, NY style pizza, etc...I wasn't really interested in the tours & the history of the city and all that stuff. I love being able to watch movies & TV shows now that feature NYC and be able to say "I was there!" It was so surreal being in the city, though.
