Should I get this Pony?

She is 7. She will be at my house. Currently, she lives with a small family at their house. She will ride on tails. She only wanted to slowly trot back to the stable to be with her friends but didn't do it the whole time. Yes I have a lot of time for her.

Goes where you want it too
Nice
Doesn't bite, kick, buck, etc
Will go fast if you want it to
Not too much money


Cons.
Sometimes runs back to the gate because her friends are there
Moved away when putting the saddle on
Fast
Always wants food

Are you able to have a vet examine her before purchase? Pay special attention to her foot health. The saying goes: No foot, no horse.
