Check his eyes and skin tenting, to verify. You can mix the probiotic powder with water and try to give him that mix. If his mouth is warm still he should be ok though. How much fluid have you gotten into him total in the past 48hrs?
Tented top eyelid slowly goes back down.
8 cups water (powder milk, powder electrolytes added to it) from yesterday morning. Day before, I think it was 6 cups.

His minimum need of fluid is 4 pints a day, which is 8 cups. I wouldnt think he would be that bad unless his scours are really bad. You can try continuing electrolytes in water for the 24hrs instead of nothing. Are you giving a commercial electrolyte ment for cows/calves? Also did you ever actually treat him for the scours? What kind of replacer was the breeder bottle feeding him?

Vet-
"Cimetadine (Tagamet) give adult human dose 2 x per day."

Then he said to add 20mL Pepto. And not exactly sure what day, but he later said to stop tagamet and give pepto 30mL 3x a day.

I don't think those count as special scour drugs or do they?

I keep spectrogard for my sheep, but he didn't say to use it, so I haven't.

He was slightly below good cow poop, but then turned squirty. Liquidy, but with a jello consistency. It's back to good cow poop now. Idk what it'll do later on, as I've stopped pepto.

This is what I'm using, just smaller dosage.

Land-o-lakes lamb milk replacer is what the breeder uses.
I told them I use Save-A-Lam and they approved its use.

I syringe fed 60mL water. Head level with the ground so he could spit it out or swallow if he wanted to. He drank it.
All he does is lay around, will get up to change sides. I have a camera on him 24/7.
I did see him pick up a single bit of hay after he laid down and ate some of it...A literal blade of grass and didn't eat the whole thing.

The tagamet was for heartburn, I would assume for the ucler the vet was thinking he may have. Pepto was to help stop the scours on the back end but neither actually treats scours. I went back and read, he did give nuflor so if it was a bacteria related scours it would have treated it. Did you try treating for cocci at all? He could have had a cocci bloom from the move stress.

We normally use Re-sorb but theracaf should be good too. Just give him as much electrolytes as you can get in him for the next few hours and over night. If he has gotten I would say at least 10 cups of fluid by tomorrow morning he should be recovering from the dehydration, then you can give him an evening milk bottle tomorrow night. He shouldn't need the milk calories atm, just liquid for hydration.

When you are mixing the lamb formula are you mixing it to lamb strength or calf strength? If it is to rich that could be prolonging the scours.

Thats good, if he will take it from a syringe you can try giving him the electrolytes thru the syringe versus the tube feed more of a steady fluids in then a big dump sort of thing. If you can get 2 syringes in him every 30 mins or 4 syringes every hour for the next 8-10hrs that would be a good start of the dehydration.

If his mouth goes cold at any point or his temp falls below 100F get the vet out to give him IV fluids. Does your vet see a lot of cows or calves?

What is calf strength?

I follow what it says on the bag, so I'm guessing its lamb strength.

I haven't given anything for cocci, treatment nor prevention.
I haven't dewormed him nor had fecal run either.

I chose the theracalf because it listed protein in it and the resorb did not. Thought it might be the more helpful choice.

I'm still trying to find out if that raw cow milk is available. If not, I'll pickup a bag of calf replacer tomorrow.

He had just come back from a 600mi trip to AI cattle when I had texted him at 9pm the other day. So, I'd say so. He has cattle, too.
The other vet that works with him sees cattle and small ruminants.

I was about to ask if I could syringe the electrolytes.

Calf strength is around half of lamb strength aka the same as goat replacer.

Theracalf is probly more helpful in this situation you are correct.
