Just wondering if anyone might have input on this, I bought a bred doe, due in April per the seller, that looks thinner compared to my other doe, who I had bred, due end of March. The thin one's teats are also smaller and where her bag would be is less swollen in comparison. Does this sound like she might not be pregnant? Or are these things not necessarily tells? She had a single kid last year per the seller, she was around 1 year old at the time, so this is her second breeding. First for the other doe who is the same age.

I didn't pay a premium for her so I wouldnt be upset, I just want to rebreed her if not. Thinking of sending in a test to biotracking.

She's a long way off from kidding to show a lot of sign. My doe is due at the end of march and just started showing a little bagging up she's an FF. I'm pretty positive she is pregnant, cause she's huge already, hopefully more than one in there..my only consern is wether or not the breeding we witnessed was the actuall one... she could be 1-2 wks early! Since I'm doing blood draws on all my goats, I'll send and extra for pregnancy on her with biotracking... If you aren't sure, and you need to give her cdt shots in a timely manner, I'd have her tested.

thanks:) Yes I think I'm going to try and send tests next week, I just got my stanchion done so I can do that now- and the one I am pretty sure is prego is like you say (huge) the other is very noticably less so, and they are only a few weeks apart in due date. Could be she's only got a singleton again too I guess!
