Ringo used to run the dogs off their food. No amount of growling or barking stopped him. He was like a bulldozer. So I fed him first, closed him up while the dogs ate, then let him out. Ewes are no problem, a snarl or two and they back off. Cooper I haven’t tried yet, I just put him up.

I can just see Maisy growling, all serious. That girl isn’t fooling, she means business.

Do Oshi's lambs look nice?

They are really long bodied and estimate a little over 7 pounds each. We normally do ear tags on day 2 but that wasn't happening with these guys since the ewe hasn't been part of the flock so she is overly protective so we will have to bring them all in to do what's needed to be done. There is one ewe lamb and one ram lamb and the mom is a registered ewe.

We went to the theatre to take in a midday showing of "His Only Son" and it was as good as friends that have already seen it have told us. Most of our movie going for the last several years has been at the Martin (Methodest) University in Pulaski until UT bought them out. Their prices were way low for both the movies and concessions. At the AMC a large popcorn is $10 and a large soda is $5.00, We didn't want any but hot dogs are available for $7. :)
