She is a big girl but not that plump. We moved them in with the lambs and weighed her lamb and I was a pound off. The lamb weighed 11.3 so I'm glad she had a single. Our #5 (Sadie) just popped a lamb but it doesn't look like she is done yet.

We went out to check on the sheep and Teresa did her imitation of Gomer Pyle "Surprise, Surprise" as we looked out and saw our #81 ewe nursing a lamb. It was a surprise as she was nursing a 10.3 pound ram lamb and we didn't even know she was pregnant.
Are you sure she didn’t just steal an older lamb from a different ewe?:lol:

We had rain in the forecast for this evening on until around midnight so I moved the adults into a paddock that has plenty of grass but minimal shelter. We had three sheep (including Oshi) that picked up coccidia and had scours that we treated with Corid for the last five days. We use the rain to help with their shedding and hopefully will also clean their butts a bit. The stools are back to normal so the Corid did the job.

#5 had a single but it was a big one also. I'm actually glad since she has a history of triplets and she is getting old enough that it doesn't matter what she has. She was born during our first lambing season. She is so tame that she stayed in the stall when we brought her lamb in and both #5 and her lamb came into the shop when I opened the door to feed the dogs so her lamb will be the same. :)
