Did you get one of those stupid OLD PERSON questionnaires asking if you are depressed, feel worthless, sad, want to hurt yourself? I would love to answer no to all of those, but does knocking sparrows out of trees with a slingshot count?

Did you get one of those stupid OLD PERSON questionnaires asking if you are depressed, feel worthless, sad, want to hurt yourself? I would live to answer no to all of those, but does knocking sparrows out of trees with a slingshot count?

I did but I didn't answer any of the questions. Our provider is pretty good but they are forced to ask all of those garbage things but don't enforce answering the questions.
