Just thinking about the well and the tank... it might be in your best interest to fence the area around the well and pipe so nothing can be put into the pipe or closeby surrounding ground to poison it... especially since it is not right there at your home place.

About poisoning the well, could you put up game cameras around it to take pix if she and boyfriend tried to get in?

@Ridgetop I believe it is perfectly legal to hot wire the **** out of your storage buildings like a well house to prevent animals from destroying things. And nothing says you have to make controls easily accessible for any random trespasser to turn it off.

Geeze - ————s like her are why folks like us go to where we all are - less ——-s like them.
I just read an article about squatters- big problem here - and the land owners have basically no recourse and must file all sorts of legal paperwork to even hope of getting rid of them YEARS after filing.
Keep on keeping on - goes w/o saying be safe.
If you want to move to Comifornia there’s 10 ac next to me (I know not 100s like you want and need) - not on the market but I know the owners and they want to sell. I’d take you for a neighbor any day.

I'd probably put a game camera on the well. LOL of course more than two-leggeds will get recorded. The ones I've got do pretty good at night too. Security cams work ok too but the game cams are better IMO.
