I use pine shavings or hay for bedding. Straw also makes good bedding. Then when you clean it up, it makes compost for the garden.

Ok well thank you ma’am. It is hard to pick from the names. I have a pen pal that I have had saince the beginning of COVID. They still think I am a boy because my name is Charlie. My name is charlotte but I go by Charlie.
