What breed are my pigs?

We've been raising pigs for a while but have never thought to ask what the breed we were buying was until someone asked what breed we had. Anyone have any ideas? The big one is from one breeder, the three small ones from another.

To the extent that I know pigs, they all look the same to me... BACON!

Why not call the breeder and ask what breed was sold to you?

They look great. I've looked into getting some livestock conservancy endangered pigs like Red Wattle, which are pretty easy to find around here. The Gloucestershire Old Spots looks similar to yours except the ears. They're not found too much in this area either.

They look like Berkshire cross breeds. Crossed with what i don't know hampshire, yorkshire, and bluebutt(hampXyork) crossed with Berk are the most common, at least where i live.

I agree with the above posters. I had Gloucestershire Old Spot x Berkshire crosses that looked a lot like the big one. The babies look like Berkshire x Yorkshire x Hampshire.

I'm still waiting on a reply from the breeder of the 3 younger ones, but the big black one is a Yorkshire x Berkshire.
