I have a doe will be 1 yr old come Jan. 2014. I have no ideal what she is I got her last winter from an auction because the guy behind me was talking about how soon he could EAT her...I know people eat goat, and each his/her own, but I just couldn't see her in someone's oven :barnie
so I paid WAY too much for her and the ol'man went off the deep end... lol but oh well too late :plbb.

Looks like a boer mutt, maybe with a larger sized nigerian. I would say she is a multi generation cross though. So could also be some spanish, nubian and/or alpine in there.

She has a nice soft eye on here. You bought a good one.

I definitely think she has some boer in her looking at the stockiness in her front shoulders. But, there is some dairy in too I think. Maybe some Nigerian, maybe that and something else. Love those ears. :love

I don't know but she's a cutie. I was thinking Nubian but could certainly be Boer with those ears. Obviously something else that has erect ears since the ears don't hang down all the way.
