I get it, too. I used to take my dog for rides when I went "yard sale-ing" but got tired of those who scolded me for leaving my dog in a hot car (it wasn't, AC was running and I was 15 feet away looking at kitchenware). So, I stopped.

That is an excellent point. Stopping every 1-2 hours to stretch and walk briskly to get the blood flowing in your legs would be best. IMO. My surgeon was old fashioned, wouldn't allow me to ride in a car for six weeks after my THR (total hip replacement) but I didn't get any blood clots.

I'm planning to start with just browsers, pets, maybe an older dry doe and a wether that needs a home. I did milk a friend's Nubian but that was over 30 years ago.
