@fuzzi just a 4 hr pill, cheap, effective...usually just one clears it. If needed I'll take another, or on another day. It clears for me.

With these weather fronts, temp changes, etc., I have sinuses swell, runny nose, sneeze....headache. I take a sinus pill and it works wonders!! If headache is frontal, maybe try sinus meds to see if it helps. 🤷. Nothing to loose but pain.
