Shipping containers are on the way!!

I took down the red fence panels yesterday. The delivery drivers had a straight shot into the back field.

Two 40’ high cube containers are now in my field.

I have sheds to tear down and a span of fence so they can be placed where I want them.

Where I had the driveway culvert extended paid off. The drivers swung wide and made it in with no problem.

I know this isn't their purpose... BUT. If you got snow like winter a couple yrs back, you could bed & barn them for temp shelter hey, I had plastic, shavings and portable pens in my garage for a couple weeks one year!!

Put a couple of roof trusses across the gap to get instant shed.

So the barn is 20x48 I can have 4 10x12 pens if I like and the far end would be a 12x20 pen last year I did 1 2x24 and 2 12x10 pens they all can share the same trough. Barn cost 800 to build used 100+ tpoles

Son already bought me 40’ trusses from an old chicken barn being torn down. Then I’ll build out 20’ lean tos off each side for equipment and my truck. After they get set where I want them, parking the truck will be close to the house. That all will take time and money. Heavy on the money part. LOL

That’s a good looking barn! Your building skills vastly outweigh mine. I’ve decided on a couple of 3 sided barns. I don’t know how to build trusses or rafters, so 3 sided shed it is.
