Cut pockets in one piece and pack it full of garlic cloves!

You can cook it in the oven. my BIL cooks brisket in beer. However you cook it, freeze it all after cooking in meal size portions. Use ZipLoc freezer bags until you can buy a vac sealer contraption. Wrap it in butcher paper for more protection.

I bought a used Foodsaver on Ebay back in 2010. Its still going strong, altho I've had to change the gaskets about three times. I use it alot for my dehydrated stores.

I think I boke my farmer muscle....

Stayed up till 1:30 for absolutely no reason. Slept till 8 - unheard of!!!
NO ONE was happy with me this AM.
Was soo hot all day yesterday (dressed for Feb in May weather) & today was back to fuzzy socks & furry ear-flap hat with my PJs for morning feeding.
Came back inside - blankie, 'fire', cats & coffee and I have ZERO desire to do ANY of the chicken yard expansion that I was sooo excited about yesterday.

Take a day off, or at least a late start.
It was 30F this morning and white with frost. Just finished my coffee. Think I’ll slip Carharts over my sloppy sweats and go feed. I’m getting BAAA’d at.

I went out with the farmer suit onesie over PJs....just got dressed to run errands. Busy morning.
