Car is zip tied together for now and will make it to Gatesville. Going to my journal and go on a rant!

My DS had agreed to help me fence an area with grass that wasn't being used -- front/side of "yard" by house and adjacent to property they crop farm. So wanted to prevent goats eating there when not fallow, which they allow then. Anyhow, would be great daytime graze! Plus no mowing by me . Years past it was hot wired and minis used it. I had some new field fence, bought waaay back. Will hot wire it also! For goats! . So we started, it began light rain -- we stopped. I went to work. Came home and he had all t-posts pounded in, corner wood posts in/braced and fence up on long side by field

So nice to have the help and I'll get to use the area! . It's heavy great grasses. Always hated just mowing it.

Smiling as I have coffee this morning and can look out windows to see that fence! Next week, I'll be watching goats enjoy that grass. My yard will have solar powered mowing

We’re still the golden state unfortunately we have thick layers of political tarnish.

Like pirate gold - our beautiful state has been robbed, plundered, and fouled by liberal politicians until it is no longer livable. It used to be a wonderful place and so beautiful but now has become infested with danger, graffiti, and bad laws. And the police are hampered from doing their jobs by the liberal politicians hoping t get more votes from the criminal element.

We both made it to Gatesville yesterday, had BBQ for supper. Going to get dressed soon and go find coffee and breakfast. Neither one of us has shut up. We have someone to talk sheep with! LOL

I forgot to hit post reply this morning. It was lack of coffee.

Having the morning brew...need a quick run to TSC this morning before chores even. If not, I'll get tied up out there and need this part for later today. Only 7 miles so heading out in a few minutes.


Needed stretches at once, getting out of bed, to even move. Between my job this week and more fencing, pulling, lifting, I'm tight and achy. So it hurt but, had to get muscles in place -- to get to the Aleve -- for further abuse. Another reason for store trip first...ease into movement. Yeah, more t-post clips to do today, then clips for hot wire....easier than other stuff, except when your sore. We've all been there and can relate!

Had to mix fence types on one side as I ran out of one. The field fence was a stored "old" buy...it's heavier a slightly smaller holes than the "new" stuff now. A win, as goats and fence hole size are issues...... Don't I know!! But here and paid for at old $$. Hot wire will do it's job. Plus they'll be eating!!

Refill cup and drive....gotta get back for chores

Quiet day...rested. Home Mon & Tues. . Fortunately I slipped outside and did chores just a little early -- just before this rain began. Our "slight" chance happened. Guess we needed some. Grass, ya know. Had big supper and lounging now.

On second cup of coffee, then outside to do chores. Taking my recycled pile of plastic grocery bags to the body shop this morning for squirrel repair. Will get it back tomorrow.

And people (my DS) thought I was crazy to put new engines in both my 2000 Subaru Forester and my 2001 Subaru Outback...... at least they have some metal in them....... and squirrels have come out on the worse side of the encounters.... flat......
