Coffee anyone ?

Skipped the coffee this morning. 3 mile run instead.
Trying to take it easy, got a little school today, prepping for a marathon on Sunday.

Raining out - very unusual here for that in May. Herding lessons cancelled, sheep in the barn sticking their heads out in a typical "The sky is falling" mode. Collected snails on the way back to the house after feeding the sheep. The chickens are very happy to have "escargot" for breakfast.
Got weeds pulled in the veggie garden yesterday - it looks so nice. I'll get some beets planted between the showers.
Kind of getting used to having almost a weekly rain.

Just woke up. Was awake 3 hours during the night while it stormed and rained. Going to rain today and every day for the next 10 days. Outside activities include Poop Soup and Mud Pies.

Days like that I either hang out until it stops or just go on as if it's not. For some weird reason, I'd rather get soaked to the skin than get halfway wet.
... it's probably the hot shower and clean, warm clothes after getting SOAKED

Morning! Got some pounding rain here last night, but we need the moisture.
Going to make my coffee in a second, finishing up school stuff here, and going to a concert tonight.

Coffee is ready. Bacon and eggs this morning! Looks like it rained last night. I slept like a rock. I was tired, I filled my cattle lick tubs yesterday, shoveled compost out of the truck into the tubs. I’m going to plant something today!
