Darkness is a reason I hate being up north in the winter, and I've never been north of the Canadian border. I don't want to go to OLD Russia in the winter.

FH and I got a new vehicle yesterday too!!! LITTLE MS.BEAUTY is my name for her. I say her seeing how the key fob was handed directly to me even though I'm not going to be driving her even though I have to say having her makes me want to get my permit seeing how she'll let you know if you don't stay in between the lanes which might be a perfect teaching tool for me.
Today FH and I plus a couple friends (who are in our wedding but are also getting married) is going to a wedding event. Some people say those kinds of things are only for those that have LOTS of $$$$ and just a bunch of overpriced vendors. When I got married the first time I never experienced the actual planning process or anything that goes along with it so yes I'm trying to experience the fun, excitement and total joy in this process.

Good morning all. Coffees still on. Going to try and enjoy today. Getting up to 50, then all day??? rain & wind tomorrow working toward teens and 30 for the high next week.

Coffee is ready! I slept late. Dogs woke me up 3 times, howling with coyotes.

It’s 34 here, high of 59. 10 day forecast is pretty much the same. Sunshine today, 85% chance of rain tomorrow. Heavy frost, everything is white. I’ll turn Cooper and his ewes on the middle field, the ewes and lambs on the front field, this morning. All 3 dogs get so excited and want to be the one going to the front field. Today it’s Sentry’s day.

About same weather here...and I'm getting rain every 3rd day, starting tomorrow! It's wet from rain all day yesterday, almost 1". That cancelled my trip to pick up my tractor tiller. Now a Monday thing. I needed to get cat food on that trip, now gotta shop

Just finished my coffee wanting a second cup but not going to happen because, well I’ll be “out there”. It’s 46 right now and sunny - but a rain storm (oh now they call it a rain event ) unforecast happened at 3am - over 1/8 inch in my guage. Going to a high of 55. Got hog panels to make more short panels for jugs or whatever. The Premier harnesses and spoons got here so I can switch over to that today. Also got the coil thingies to link panels together. Looking forward to trying them - reviews were good.
Have a great one - and you all out east with the whopper forecast weather event stay warm and safe (suggest hot cocoa and possible “antifreeze “ additive ).

Checking in from a Stock Show girly.
Been fun so far, really just working gates during cow shows, and trying to enforce ground rules.
Can't say I've slept at all recently. Yesterday I got to work at 7:15, and went to the rodeo afterwards, so I left at about 10:40. Let's just say tired Poka was very obviously tired
