Years back, you got one suitcase free and your carry on. Really -- if traveling you usually need one full. Just their moneymaker. Haven't flown in years now but, used to be every 3 weeks, VA Beach to Miami, and drive to Homestead. Business. Over that!!

Up way too early, after the dreaded asleep on couch, TV to blame. . Don't even know what was on! Just noise. So coffee to get going, daylight will happen in about an hour. Will get fixings in machine for bread in a few. It'll be ready about the time my chores are done. Then I can go on with "whatever" for the day. I'll go back to my job Tues, just that one day & a big team job...then, off again. Feels like I retired after being home so much. There are pros/cons to this. Takes getting used to.

Oh well.... Eva & Blossom fed, chicken's coop & feeder opened, back inside in time to watch the sun rise while sipping coffee.

I was tired and went to bed before 9 last night. I woke up several times, but went right back to sleep. I slept until 6:00! It’s 33F with a high of 60F. I’ve got to run to town and get dog food, couple bags of feed, and a small tarp. I got a cow panel bowed over the round bale for Cooper and his girls, but need a tarp to go over it. I’ll do that right after chores. Then I'll pack my one bag and lay out clothes for in the morning.

Howdy, trying to get some packing done here and then headed to the Stock Show. Been a super busy week, but I'm getting through it.

Finished a cuppa - it's been a good day. Was up and out early - fed and let sheep out and headed up to LA with Halo (retired sport detection dog) Got up there with no traffic (yay). The rain started around 10 there so it was a wee bit wet (just from van to search areas to get wet - thank goodness it was inside). They had a change of venue - no big deal just another place IMO. Poor Halo - it was ..... next door to a vet. - she hates vet offices. She was shaking like a leaf. I have to give her credit - she did her searches well. They all had two searches. Her first was good, her second was more the rockstar status I know and love in her. They gave us two different odors to work with before next Saturday. Pretty serious stuff too. Lots of measurements were taken - I ~think~ the power of their inhale??? and then shape and size of the head. Looking at how that may effect work. I'll know more as things progress. Halo and I both had a good time - for us that's what it's about - esp Halo having fun --she will be 14 the day after they finish the testing.
Rain started down here around noon - so DH had to put sheep away. they didn't want to go in the barn so he had to have Obi help!!. He said he doesn't think they are all in the right places so I'll have to check (ohhh I can look at the security cams!!) and straighten that out when I go over to feed again.
Think I'll grab a cappuccino and wrap my hands around the cup, it's chilly!
