Overcast -- rains coming by noon. Winds & heavy rains all day & night!! Oh fun, fun feeding in the rain! Back to work tomorrow, wet roads gotta hang in thru Wed......then home again

While everyone is eating nicely on their outside racks...I snuck hay to their inside racks. Plan is they get FULL outside and when rain runs them in, they can chew...leaving inside hay for later. .

Hope they read the memo!! I'm not doing the rain late day. . Let's see, fasting overnight is good?

Good morning from beautiful Wyoming. Pleasant outside currently. Just eating breakfast and loading my car. Going to treat myself to a drink from my favorite coffee shop, and stop at the grocery store for my mom, and then it's time to go spend some time with the family.
Got a phone call yesterday that had me laughing- my dad decided that if I was staying an extra day in town, then I might be able to do his Christmas shopping Good thing I saved a little extra space in my car.

Well it was a frosty morn in Dixie. It warmed up fast however. Thin ice in the bunks. No lambs but they are on their way. I dodged the party bullet and spent the evening surfing various Christmas movies. I seem to end up watching Gone With the Wind this time of year. Im not Southern and will offer Kathleen Madigan’s observation regarding my home state’s position on the Civil War- “We never even left our state, we stayed home and fought each other.” Thanks for the coffee it hit the spot.

Randy’s favorite are oatmeal. Oatmeal cranberry white choco might definitely be worth trying. Best stuff ever is rice krispy treats with white choco chips and craisins!

Had lamb chops for dinner last night. OMG the best lamb I've ever had. We've bought from 4H, from private party, from where I taught herding and none even come close to this. Melt in your mouth tender and no "lamb" flavor that so many don't like. If people had this they certainly would like it (as long as the "karens" of the world don't cry "Poor baby lambie" ).
On the slight downside ---- Zo was not happy. He was fine while I worked with it on the counter, but started cooking he barked and barked and left the kitchen in a hurry. Guess he's not over this yet.
