It's a "Oh BTW here is rain" day here. As that's what the weather is famous for out here whether it's snow, rain or wind. As the severe weather is hitting or just weather then they put the warning out or the correct forecast "sometimes".
Was going to get the well going, guess I need to find something else to do.
You need to get a different weather channel. Every where I go, I hear most people saying something of the sort. I don't know when I started paying that much attention to the weather, but lets say over a dozen states and one channel says this one says that, PLUS don't forget the 100 apps they have now that are almost always wrong. Almost everywhere there is 1 channel that gets it right. Here people skim the weather and look at the overall chance of rain, not where. With a 150 mile viewing range north to south a chance of rain south of I-40 is not the same as on the Kansas line.
Sitting at the laundromat... Alexander tried to load every comforter we own into washer and wash them. It stripped out the gears which were already on last gasps. It lasted ~7 years which isn't bad now a days.
I've met many who liked to use the laundromat for 1 comforter, because of the bigger machines could save theirs at home and get a cleaner/better wash.

It's that time of the year for storms to metastasize over us or within miles of us, cause anything over 100 miles will likely already dropped it's load and dissipated by the time it got here.
In the next week or two the storms that usually dissipate will make it here and be packing hail up to 3 inches, this is when I need my table to watch for them.
I think I should put a tornado or severe warning siren up over here, you wouldn't believe how many don't know till it's too late on these hail storms and mesocyclones with potential for tornado's.
Another week till spring then summer will be here three weeks later.

All washers unless direct drive are ran by belt to motor to tub, could be that simple to fix or replace the motor. Pretty simple, just lay it on it's side and it's on the bottom.

We get the pop ups all spring. It may hit here or there or anywhere (Dr. Seuss). It may pour down and rain you out of work, then it's dry just a few miles down the road. There is still an 2 day notice on chance of scattered showers.

As I tell people, this is Montana, there is a reason when people flock here they gravitate towards the city. The weather is brutal. Just predict severe weather and you will be fine.
