Ohhh lamb ribs - how did you do them?
I always parbake them first in a casserole dish or sheetpan with low sides, season, add a bit of water, (to steam) cover with plastic wrap, then cover with foil. I bake @ 250-275 for a few hours until tender and grease is baked off. Then toss onto hot grill for just a few minutes. We don’t use BBQ sauce on lamb ir wild pig, as it’s so flavorful, but put a lot on beef ribs and those go back in the oven sometimes so sauce doesn’t burn.
Yesterday, I sealed the ribs in ziplock bag and set in sous vide for 6 hours @ 174. Then Randy finished them on grill for few minutes.
They were amazing.

It snowed all afternoon yesterday. So after dragging my bent-up carcass to the living room this morning, Boone spit out a huge, wet, enormous chunk of ice out on my lap.
He and Fen are like kids, playing in it out back.
A gazorky Boone and snow zoomies are pretty hilarious to see …

Awesome! I'll try that. I've never had lamb ribs so this sounds super - thank you!!

OMG -- I bet!! Is this his first snow?? That's one of the few things I miss about snow - a pup's first time seeing the big white world when the door opens. One of the pups is in IL - they already had a lot of snow and she sent me a video of him running and zooming. Hilarious.

So let me get this straight, we had rain and snow mix last night which produced a slush and maybe some ice. The interstate is shut down and welp the only way to town is the interstate/highway, does that mean I don't have to go to work? Hope no one has medical emergency.

@Weldman Yep -- stay home!!

Chores, then coffee this morn. Mixed up the extra sweet potatoes I'd cooked yesterday -- I had prepped too many but, canned 7qt -- so now have 2 pies in oven 🥰 It's warming to mid 50s, I'll be outside most of day. First a run to town once pies are done. Need to pick up a load of feed. Then projects to do.

Farm needs me 🥰

Looks like I'm out of making these business, these are for sale locally and for cheaper than I can build them for across the US.

Coffee’s is ready.
I have 3 of those Quonset huts. I bought the used and they are rusting out where the corrugated metal meets the metal skids. But they are still in use. They sure are handy things. I gave $450 for all 3.
