Loving the herd life
I have a recipe I want to try for a tomato-cream sauce. It calls for heavy cream. I have a jar of cream I have been collecting from what I've skimmed off the top of my goat's milk. I know there is heavy whipping cream, light cream, cream, etc. You think I can use my cream I have saved in place of the heavy cream it asks for with yummy results? It's is really nice and thick almost like marshmallow cream.
