Congrats and welcome to BYH! :)

@Latestarter did a great job explaining the jist of it....

As far as CD&T generally it is given about 3-4 weeks prior to kidding to give kids immunity. Many also give the dewormer at that time also as parasite bloom with the hormonal increase of the doe.

We use the Manna pro and like it very much.
We do not feed our dwarfs during pregnancy until the last 3 weeks but that is because they get fat easily. Our goats have always been pasture raised and thrive without feed so generally we give feed only during milking. It really depends on the way they have been bred/raised.
If the breeder has been feeding this way I would ask them how much they give... some goats need feed to keep condition. But do not increase just because they are bred.

1 cup a day if they are NOT fat should be fine.

The totes are great... we don't use them as heads get stuck :\
We do open troughs, raised feeders and wall feeders...
here is a wall feeder.

I think they look great! :)

Will this be their first kidding?

You may want to start a kidding kit. :)
Also a goat emergency kit. :)

When there is an emergency I can guarantee it will be on a weekend/holiday/late at night. :p

I haven't had time to put one on BYH but here is ours...
we do a basic kidding kit... simple that goes in a tote.

The emergency stuff is just to have on hand... it isn't fully updated though. :hide

We generally do yearly exams...
Most people don't though... they call the vet when there is a problem.
Best to find a vet BEFORE a problem arises. You may have to try several vets before you get one you like.

Many get there goats checked when the vet comes out to draw blood for testing. We draw our own blood and ship out our samples.

Are the does tested?
Cae?
CL?
Johnes?

At the very least they should be tested for CAE- if positive you must pull the kids and use colostrum only from a negative doe.
