Kid 1 was very excited to harvest the first strawberry from the garden today.

The strawberry was promptly eaten within a minute of picking it. Barely had time to get the picture lol. It didn't even get washed, but I figured it was a lost cause since kid 1 was covered in dirt already.

Got some potatoes planted last night. Dunno if it was the right time, but they were growing eyes so I figured they knew better than me. I have a sweet potato growing some eyes too, I'm hoping to get that started in a pot, so when the structure in the garden gets moved and the ground tilled, I can make a neat zone where the sweet potato can grow all over the structure and shade the inside so I can make the lettuce and cilantro last longer.

I am really hoping hubby can get the garden tilled this weekend so I can plant most of the in ground seeds I've been waiting to plant.

Friday we will be at 39 weeks. I think the baby bump is lower, so she might arrive this weekend. I feel less prepared for this baby than the others. Running around after 2 kids makes it hard to get stuff done. We are trying to do at least 1 thing to organize/prep each night. At least I finally got my go bag together.
