Prepping the trailer for Field Day. Crappy sheet of plywood down to protect against puddles and make solid surface for sheep. Got the ends of cattle panel ground down on one side.
I still need to do top and other side. I need to reclaim cattle panel doors from other projects or make new doors.
Oh Wow! A Rivera funnel feeder shorted to 7'6" and adding 4"x4" wire under feeder is only $425. I will use cheap plastic roof material and thin framing to make a lid for funnel side which will stick into aisle to prevent rain from getting in. This will let me feed sheep in pen without sheep in aisle eating it.
Here are pictures of the current setup. The wooden walls with red feed buckets will be replaced by new funnel feeders.
-I want to get four 30" walkthru gates to get rid of the carabiner clips ankle high. They will go on the shed to night pen and shed to working aisles doors.
-Also want two 6' solid panels to go along red line. Plan is to get everyone trapped in shed. The two panels will be pinned together against wall and then slid to red line. That turns square pen which is hard to work animal thru into triangle leading to the 2-way sort-stop gate.
-Working crate with side doors to go with the auto headgate I have.
- Scale to put in the working crate
So portrait layout banners are $$ and look bad. I resized and setup as landscape image. I added established date and town to balance. I don't want it to say Katahdins because I also plan on using this for Dominic's pigs and other things.
