OMG! Fire ants in the roof?! Can you spray for them? Do they stay on the roof or would they come down into the barn after food? If so, you need to eradicate them before they come after newborn lambs and placenta material.

Tomorrow is weaning and reunion day for Snickers. I get to collect weaning weights then play musical pens tomorrow.

God I love this side of Montana, no fire ants much less crazy ants.

I've had monstrous number of huge ant hills this year. Never, ever, like this before.

I got my lights working again now that it is dark so soon.

Musical pens is mostly completed. The show sheep pair are in with my herd since I am missing a gate panel. Snickers was tolerant during the shuffle (grain bribes were used). He's having fun reintroducing himself to his ladies. It only took an hour for the worst panic of Albus and Gwynn from being weaned stop. Gwynn was trying to convince Dottie to let her nurse. She's 35.4lbs and her sister is 33.6lbs at 60days old.

Lights! That sure helps with it getting dark so soon. Sorting sheep is a chore. You have Super Woman powers and you get it done!

@Baymule Having cheap labor also help! Eldest got $5 for playing sheep dog. Unfortunately, it went to paying off his debt for loosing $110 tuba mouthpiece...
