For some reason every now and again my rabbits shake, like they may be cold but, it's to hot for that here. Is this common? Should I be worried?

No more like cold shivering.

Mine do something like what you describe when it's hot even with fans running.
If it gets to 80degs in their area and it is climbing, I put in the frozen 2L bottles of water.
What do you do to cool them down?

To keep them cool I have supplied them with shade. On real hot days I give them cold veggies, and ice cubes in their water bottles.

Rapid breathing like they are panting, yes, that would make sense. I 've seen plenty of rabbits tremble when they were being held, too . Could either of those be what you are seeing?

Could be rapid breathing. They seldom do much whenever they tremble.
