He was the most fun person I’ve ever known. Whenever he was around, everyone would be overcome with laughter.
He made friends with everyone he met.

I’m going to miss him terribly.

Bob and his daughter Traci. He always called her by my name because she looked just like me when I was her age, from the time she was 2. I am 13 yr younger than he was.

Most of the ranch is out fighting this fire. Randy has to stay here to keep the equipment running, but even he has had to go, to relieve one of the guys. He was up for over 36 hours

A friend on CT nearly lost his house in the Durkee fire.... he has had about all 1,000 acres burned... they are working horrible hours to try to get a handle on it... it merged with the Cow valley fire and he said it is over 450,000 acres burned now... like 600 sq miles or something...
I hope they get a handle on the Falls Fire soon, that one is bad....

It’s that time of year add in firebug arsonists. A fire not too far from here started around noon and at last report at 8pm it’s 3500 ac.. it’s far enough away we’re ok and the prevailing winds are in our favor. Big mountains 5,500 ft) between us too.
Hope they get a handle on that one by you. Makes ours look like a bonfire.

It’s insane how much of Oregon is currently burning. Megafires are normal here but not this many at once.

We are the blue dot. But it’s not likely that fires will spread to this valley, but we do get the smoke trapped here
