I guess I am paying dearly for yesterday’s activity. I couldn’t hold a fork in my R hand last night, nor could I sleep, due to extreme pain. My L hip had me in tears so I came back out to the couch so I wouldn’t keep him awake. It appears to be nerve pain in my hip so I don’t know if it’s the joint or if it’s coming from my back, which makes it difficult if not impossible, to know what Dr to go see, but I know I can’t handle this for long. 😰

“…think on these things…”
I’m hoping to plant a small section of the bug garden with medicinal herbs. I have a nice comfrey plant already established there, I have the plantain seed from @Minihorses, I got lucky and a mullien came up in the lawn last summer (oddly I have to go about 6 miles down the road to find any in the ranch) I have yarrow to transplant and room for others, including the ugly old wild lettuce.
I need some nice big pots for flowers to help anchor the cover on the outside of the greenhouse and dress it up.
I am hoping for pain to diminish tomorrow as I have shelving by the rabids that I plan to move into the greenhouse. I have potting soul and several peat pots, etc I need to organize and get in there. I also need to come up with some kind if seat I can use, that won’t sink into the soil. There is an outside extension cord and outlet by the corner of house and rabbitry so if needed I can get a small electric heater in there if temps get extremely cold. I hope to get a jump on the garden this year, and have a lot more produce to can. God willing, the fruit trees should produce again this year, after the brutal pruning they suffered last spring. Praying God sees fit to improve my health so I can actually get these things done. Out of desperation, I charged an order of patches from a place called Lifewave, that are supposed to encourage your body to produce more stem cells. A bunch of older women on an equestrian group were raving about how much it helped with their pain and I hope to have equality positive results. If not, I’m not sure what else I can do.
Bread will bulk ferment tomorrow so all I really have planned is starting some herb seeds inside, although it could definitely wait a few months.
Looking forward.

I’m using the patches for my osteoporosis. I refuse to use pharmaceuticals. The side effects are horrible. I just refuse. I had just started patching on my last bone scan, so not enough time for the patch to take effect. My next bone scan is in November and I can’t wait. In the meantime, I have more energy, more stamina and I feel great.
Big hugs.

Hope the patches help. There were some mullein seed with the plantain, I think. 🤔 No doubt constant pain is depressing along with painful! Hope you're well enough for a garden...mine is challenging from just the work it requires and I'm not in pain. The prescriptions help some?¿? Be careful to check what plants may not mix with them!

🙏 You're better today!! 🫂

Praying right this minute for you. That’s what I have to do, because as you can see from our convo, my memory is fleeting. I have a whiteboard on my fridge to remind myself to bake the bread that’s out in the one I never use, who to call, etc because if I don’t see it in front if me, I won’t remember, and if it’s in front of me too long, I stop seeing it ! So a prayer may only happen once but it’s never put off. 🥹

I know I still have a couple if the mullein leaves left, I need to look over that shelf and the containers and stuff and see. You sent a ton of stuff, and I am so grateful for it! 😍

This group is so good for all us - opening new doors and spreading good info.
What patches for osteoporosis??
I started taking CholestMD and in three months it improved my cholesterol. I refuse to take the Rx stuff.
Oh and the mullien -- that grows ALL OVER the place here. We call it telegraph weed. I don't know hove to get the seeds from it - never tried - but I can if you want me to.
